Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Ruzzler, a product of BEE RAD TECH LLC (Florida), 1936 Bruce B Downs Blvd Ste 449, Wesley Chapel, FL 33543 ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.
1. Service. Ruzzler routes each request to one or more AI models, verifies the result, and returns it. Outputs are provided "as is"; you are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.
2. Ruzzler Credits. The service is prepaid in Ruzzler Credits. Credits are a license to consume verified execution, not a currency, security, or deposit, and have no cash value except as stated in the Refund Policy. Pricing is quoted against a disclosed premium reference; realized savings are estimates, not guarantees.
3. Acceptable use. No unlawful, infringing, or abusive use; no attempt to reverse-engineer routing, extract other tenants' data, or circumvent rate/spend limits.
4. Data. Your inputs and outputs are handled per the Privacy Policy. We isolate tenant data; shared learning uses only sanitized, permissioned patterns you opt into.
5. Availability & liability. The service may change or be interrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the Credits you purchased in the prior 3 months. No indirect or consequential damages.
6. Termination. Either party may terminate; unused paid Credits are handled per the Refund Policy.
7. Governing law. Florida; venue Pasco County.
