1. What we collect. Account email; requests you submit and the outputs returned; usage and billing metadata; standard security/technical logs.
2. How we use it. To deliver, verify, meter, and bill the service; to maintain security; and — only with your opt-in — to derive sanitized, non-identifying patterns that improve routing. We do not sell personal data.
3. Processors. Requests may be sent to third-party AI providers to fulfill them. For US-designated tenants we keep processing with US-based providers/hosts. Payments are processed by Stripe; hosting and data by our cloud providers.
4. Tenant isolation. Your data is stored under your tenant and not exposed to other tenants. The shared pattern library never contains your raw content.
5. Retention & your rights. You may request export or deletion of your data; solution memory expires automatically. Contact us to exercise your rights.
